Production of foam

WE SPECIALISE IN FOAM PRODUCTION. OUR RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT WORK IS FOCUSED ON FURTHER EXTENDING THAT AREA OF EXPERTISE.

Continuous production

In the case of continuous production of PUR foam, various raw materials and auxiliary materials, in particular the main raw materials diisocyanate and polyol, are pumped into a mixing chamber through separate pipes and mixed until homogeneity is achieved. The mixture is then applied to a paper web and reacts to form polyurethane foam. Constant monitoring of the formulation ensures consistently high quality. Following the development process, the foam blocks can be converted.

foam moulding

In the case of foam moulding, a reaction mixture is placed in the moulds in liquid form. During the chemical process the material expands to fill the mould. The moulded parts can then be converted according to the type of use. Both PUR flexible foams and rigid foams can be produced using the above method.
